I have over 30 years of hands-on experience in business ownership and management, particularly in business start-up, creation, all things impacting productivity in the workplace, through knowledge of workplace ethics, practices and responsibilities as a former employer and business owner. 

I have the ability to enlist creative approaches to boost employee morale, stimulate positive attitudes and a proven ability to adapt objectives and a leadership approach in response to rapidly changing priorities and situations. 

As an entrepreneur, I've made many mistakes but survived these hardships by the grace of God. It is my goal to give back to other entrepreneurs by investing my wisdom, knowledge, and resources picked up, learned and earned along this journey.
